BAKE A CAKE!

Hey there, in our history there were no celebrations without cakes. No matter, we are 8 or 88, we`re all blindly in love with cakes. Come on folks, through this article let`s drive into to the world of fantasy where you can sense the cakes surrounding you all sides. 

Come lets jump into the kitchen and dress up to be a master chef !

Lets get started


Ingredients :
    
     1. All purpose flour/ Plain flour 1 cup (130g).
     2. Baking powder 1&1/2 teaspoon.
     3. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon.
     4. Salt 1 pinch.
     5, Coco powder 2 cups. 
     6. Egg 4 numbers.
     7. Powdered sugar.
     8. Vegetable oil 3/4 cups (180g).
     9. Vanilla essence 1&1/2 teaspoon.
    
Baking Process :
       
     * Firstly place a sieve on top of the bowl. Add all purpose flour( maida), baking powder, baking soda, pinch of salt and 1/2 cup of coco powder and gently sift them into the bowl.
     * Mix them well and keep aside.
     * Take 4 eggs(at room temperature) in another bowl and blend them on low speed for 1 minute.
     * Add 1 cup of powdered sugar in 3 batches and beat until the forth is formed in the egg mixture.
     * Add 3/4 cup of vegetable oil and 1&1/2 spoon of vanilla essence and beat on low speed for 1 minute until its combined. 
     * Add 1&1/2 cup of coco powder in 3 batches. And the batter is ready.
     * Take a baking pan, greased and lined with parchment paper.
     * Pour the batter into the pan and tap to release the air bubbles.
     * Bake in preheated (180c for 10 minutes) oven  at 180c for 30-35 minutes.
     * Let is cool for sometimes and gradually peel off the parchment paper. 
     * And the cake is ready

 Let`s prepare the cream for Icing    


    Ingredients :
   
     1. Whip cream 2 cups.
     2. Icing sugar 7-8 teaspoon.
     3. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon.

    Icing process:
     
     * Place the mixing bowl and the beater in the freezer for 20 minutes.
     * Place cold whip cream in the bowl and whisk for about 2-3 minutes you can see starts thickening 
     * Add vanilla extract and 5 teaspoon of icing sugar and beat until stiff form. 
     * Gently apply the cream on the cake.
     * Decorate your cake by molding different shape of your wish.
